At Polaroid Eyewear, we want you to see the world clearly and comfortably. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your frames within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Frames
Place the eyewear in its original protective case and packaging, ensuring all tags and cleaning cloths are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
